Indonesian Culinary Recipe School Catering Practice in Hungary

Indonesia practiced culinary recipes on how to cook in front of the faculty and students of Vocational High School of Tourism and Catering in Hungary, complete with how to serve it.

Indonesian culinary cooking demonstration at the main menu Empal Gentong and Sayur Asem was delivered precisely in Idegenforgalmi, Kereskedelmi, Vendeglato Szakkepzo Iskola, Sopron, Hungary, Wednesday (03/30/2016) local time.

"This is just a small fraction of the more than 5,000 traditional recipes that exist in Indonesia," said Indonesian Ambassador to Hungary, Wening Esthyprobo promoted in his speech.

According to the Ambassador, the ingredients to prepare Sayur Asem and Empal Gentong can also be purchased at Asian stores in Hungary.



"So today's lesson Indonesian culinary later easily be practiced in Hungarian society kitchens," added the ambassador.

Director of the School of Tourism and Hospitality Catering Laszio Sterbenz said he believed that through this activity, the Sayur Asem and may Empal Gentong widely known in Hungary.

"Following after Indonesian fried rice is already familiar to the citizens of Hungary," said Laszio.

Laszio also expressed thanks and high appreciation for this program because the history of the new school was first visited by foreign embassy and conduct culinary promotion is judged interesting.

In addition to the Sayur Asem and Empal gentong as a main dish with rice, Embassy Budapest through this demonstration also serves as an appetizer Corn bakwan (appetizer) and the coffee pudding as dessert (dessert).
